Size (in Megapixels) doesn’t matter

Gizmodo just published a post for anyone wondering why a 14 megapixel point and shoot might not be as good as a DSLR with only 10 megapixels. If you are obsessed with megapixels then you really must read this article. It explains why your cell phone camera, no matter how many megapixels it has, will never outperform even an entry level DSLR from several years ago or even a nice point and shoot.

My sweet wife bought me these Kenko Tubes (Turns any lens essentially into a macro lens). Fun to play with but wicked hard to get focused. I used one of them, they come in a set of three, on the camera for this shot and took a photo of the other two.
