I pass this tree line every night on my way home from work. Tonight I decided to stop. The leaves are falling fast and I decided I didn’t have time to wait anymore. The sky was grey and the colors weren’t this vivid but I used several Nik Color Efex Filters and Photoshop to get the look here. It might be a bit over the top for some but I like it like this so there you have it :) . Happy Friday Folks.

    I love the colours in the leaves; adding the tinge of Violet to the sky makes it a little more dramatic and brings out those orange/reds nicely; funny how sometimes you can go past something every day and then suddenly think "Aha-now the time is right to shoot"

    I am sure it might be bumped up a bit but probably not that much.. the sky maybe — hahaha – not seen a purple sky any place around here. Love the jagged edges all reaching upwards.. You are right — soon they will be gone.
