Macro Monday 1/4/2010 – New Years Resolutions
Like a lot of people my New Years Resolution this year (or at least one of them) is to lose weight. My diet won’t be quite this drastic 
but I did start one today and I plan to start using the gym membership I have been paying for but not using haha.

That’s one big baby carrot! Good luck with the resolution, I made the mistake of going yesterday and could not get a treadmill or elliptical (many with the same idea)

Cool shot Jeffro, I hope you are not that drastic on yourself, you do actually have to eat food or your body will hang onto fat! Most importantly start your metabolism with breakfast, at least one oat on a spoon anyway!
