Pause
After finishing 2009 my intention was to go full steam into my new projects this year. That said, I have decided to take a bit of a break. I am not finding myself feeling very creative and my efforts have really felt forced. I am going to step back for a while, hopefully not very long, and see if I can get my photographic mojo going again. I may be shooting off and on in the interim but I probably won’t be posting much, if at all, for a while.
I would appreicate it if those of you who are following me will stick with me. I will be back; just not sure when yet.

Have a good rest Jeff and come back when the enthusiasm returns which it surely will. It was tough year for you in 2009 keeping up with the PAD project and doing all the commenting and support of others you did. Hopefully it won’t be long before your batteries are recharged.

i know exactly how you feel, jeff. but hopefully you can get your mojo back better than ever!! take some time and clear your head. oh – and try to keep an ideas notebook. when you get ”it” back you’ll have a minefield of new ideas to draw from. that’s what i’m doing at the moment with my artwork, it might work for your photography!! x

Sorry to hear this, as what little I’ve seen so far has been good. You’ll probably find as soon as you decide to stop, you’re plagued with great ideas! ;0)

And don’t get me wrong I really do love flickr and I enjoy interacting with all of you. Just a bit burnt out and not creative at the moment. I suspect it will be sooner rather than later though when I feel the pull of flickr again. Thanks again everyone see ya soon.

I’m not surprised you are in need of a break – you are one of the few people I know who actually finished their PAD. Enjoy the break and don’t sweat it too much if it takes a little while to get back into it.

Your photo work like many are, and I too. I look forward new inspiration and your eturned in Flickr. Perhaps the case in the winter, cold and short daylight? For me, winter is not the best time of year. I look forward to spring and new subjects for photos. Hope to see you soon!
I took most of 2009 off and still haven’t returned completely. sometimes life gets in the way. Hang in there, you are a great photographer. let it come back when it does. I am also a songwriter, its the same thing. sometimes there is just nothing to write about. But one day, after the drought you will see something that inspires you again and then your off and running. a little older, a lot wiser and far more appreciative of the gift. Enjoy your time away.
